NOT AN INTERNATIONAL STUDENT?

Find out about Late Round Domestic Enrolment.

Spring session enrolment day, for new international students enrolling at the Wollongong campus, will be held on Monday 22 July 2013. You must attend in person, parents or other friends/relatives will not be permitted to enrol on your behalf.  The enrolment process may take around two hours to complete. You will receive advice about planning your course, timetable and other information to help you get started with your degree and you can also attend the UOW Student Life Festival (this is UOW’s official welcome to international students).

To avoid delays on enrolment day you should ensure that your tuition fees are paid, and your eCOE has been issued, well before enrolment day.

At the Wollongong campus, the enrolment process begins in the foyer of the McKinnon Building (Bld 67). Faculties either run information sessions on enrolment day to assist you with your subject selection or have academic advisers who offer one-on-one advice. You should arrive at the time indicated for your degree so that you have sufficient time to collect your enrolment package and move onto the relevant venue (information sessions generally start 15 minutes after the indicated arrival time).

Select the relevant faculty (below) to review the enrolment time for your course. Courses are listed under the ‘owning’ Faculty. If you are unsure which Faculty offers your degree please contact Student Central (1300 ASK UOW) for more information.

UOW Student Life Festival

The UOW Student Life Festival runs concurrently with enrolment day and is UOW's official welcome for our International students. You can visit information stalls, meet international Clubs and Societies members, take a tour of the Campus or Library or sit back on the McKinnon Lawn and enjoy the entertainment, music and food on offer. We look forward to seeing you there soon.
